Local farms. Family roots.
Lavon Martin and Loren Martin co-founded Martin Builder in 1983. The early work centered on barns and dairy parlors for local farmers.
Lavon’s son, Ron Martin, took on both the office and the field work, helping the business grow while staying close to its agricultural roots. Over the years, that work expanded into shops, more building types, and concrete—including larger pours with a laser screed.
The business moved from the family home place to its current location in Goshen. Today, the office, shop, and storage facilities are the base for three field crews.
THE NEXT GENERATION
Learning the work from the ground up.
The next generation has worked on the crew, in the shop, and now in the office. That experience connects the work on site with the planning and decisions behind it.
Today, the family works alongside project management and office staff, three foremen, and the field crews. A father and son are working through the next chapter of the business together.
